Surinsar Lake is approximately 24 km from Jammu. The lake is a beautiful and peaceful site to watch. Surrounded by forests covered hilly terrains, the lake is a famous tourist spot. The Lotus flower in the lake make it a delightful sight. Two ancient temples of Umapativ Mahadev & Narsimha are situated in the area.
