Baisaran Valley: 5 kms 150 M The most beautiful huge, undulating meadow is Baisaran, It is a lush meadow enveloped with dense vegetation. The meadow is dotted with thickly wooded forests of pine, and provides a view of the beautiful snow-clad mountains that surround it from all sides. This is also called the Mini Switerzerland serves as a good campsite. May famous Movies like Rockstar & Jab Tak hai Jaan has been Picturised there.

Aru Valley: 12 kms It is 12 from Pahalgam upstream from the Lidder River. Noted for its scenic meadows, lakes and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. There are about 20 alpine lakes, peaks and meadows around the Aru Valley. In the winters, when Aru receives heavy snowfall, skiing and heliskiing are practiced. Other popular tourist activities include fishing of trout in the Lidder river, trekking, hiking, horse riding, sightseeing and photography.

Betaab Valley : 15 km / Betaab valley is situated at a distance of 15 kilometers from Pahalgam .They got its name from the Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab.The valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation.Betaab Valley is also a favorite campsite of travelers as it also serves as a base camp for trekking and further exploration of the mountains The crystal clear & chilly water of the stream bubbling down from the snowy hills is a delight; locals here drink this water too. Kashmir was home to the Indian film industry from the 60s to till time. Scores of films were shot in the Valley like Aarzoo, Kashmir Ki Kali, Jab Jab Phool Khile, Kabhie Kabhie, Silsila, Satte Pe Satta and Roti Rockstar (2011 film).

Chandanwari: 16 km 2895 M 16 kms from Pahalgam, is the starting point of the Amarnth yatra that takes place every year in the month of Sawan (July to August). The road from Pahalgam to Chandanwari is on fairly flat terrain.The Sheeshnag river is captivating with its sheer force and clear waters. You can get an opportunity to do sledge riding and get up to some height.
